Please see below for information regarding training from the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association regarding ‘WIRETAPPING AND ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE INVESTIGATIONS”. This class will be held at four locations around the state in August 2021. This includes both CLE credits for prosecuting attorneys and CLEE credits for MPOETC certified municipal police officers. Registration links are included on the form. Cost is $25.00 per attendee.

Narcotics DivisionThe Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Investigations training will provide an overview of Chapter 57 including case law, investigative techniques and how to present consensuals, trackers, ping/pen registers and nonconsensuals in court.
This training offers 3 Substantive CLE Credits for attorneys and 3 CLEE hours to MPOETC certified officers who hold an Act 120 certification.
