Philadelphia Auto Squad officers will hold a VINetching on Friday, May 15, 2015. VINetching is a process by which your vehicle identification number (VIN) is “tattooed” onto all of the glass of your vehicle to deter theft. The process does not harm the car and takes less than 15 minutes.
