Description:: Bob DiFrancesco of the Philadelphia District Attorney Insurance Fraud Unit will discuss the recent case with American Collision which resulted in numerous guilty pleas and recent sentencings at this month’s Pennsylvania Auto Crime Investigator’s Association (PACIA) meeting. Rob Horst with Timoney Knox will give a legal update with auto theft trends and issues.
