ATPA Executive Director on New Proposed Vehicle Registration Bills

ATPA Executive Director Steven Wheeler interviewed to discuss two bills that would make changes to Pennsylvania vehicle registrations. The Pennsylvania House Transportation Committee is considering two bills. House Bill 1509, introduces a new two-in-one sticker that would both confirm that the car is registered and that it has passed inspection. The second bill, House Bill 317 would regulate Automated License Plate Reader Systems (ALPRS).
